How Can severe Abdominal Pain Be Treated?

I am having real bad stomach cramps. When I lay down, cramps are worst.if I lay on my back seem like something is pulling my stomach to my back and also when I lay on my stomach seem like something is pulling my stomach to my back. Painful to lay on my side. When I move, something moves with me and it s painful. Don t know what to do or what Dr Togo to.

Hi, you go nearby doctor for taking pain killer injection/ tablet. if it will not relief then go for ultrasonography. if you have any urinary problem or vomiting associated with this , take medicine for this also.avoid taking food while stomachache. sip of water preferable during this time. thanks, regards.
